The wash is usually average to slightly above average but in my last trip I still had bugs and bird poop on my windshield upon exiting the wash. The guy who washed it forget to do the right part of the windshield in spite of the red tag that asked him to pay special attention to the bugs. The poor kid who was towel drying my car had to work like crazy to get it off. The day before I took my truck in and they didn't wipe the center of the windshield or under the wipers at all. I bought a car wash with interior service (I don't know the exact one for sure). I was there for an hour so I figured my car would be very clean after. Nope!! The outside of my car looks good, and the interior seemed cleaned and smelled clean. Well, when I got home and looked in the back of my car, the definitely did not vacuum everywhere. They did not get the 3rd row or the very back of my SUV! There was still all the broken glass and pine from a garland. How long would it have taken to get the hose to the back??? I'm so irritated because of how much $ and time I spent.
I was contacted by the owner after posting this review and was offered a free wash/detail. I accepted the offer and was willing to give it another try but I haven't had time to stop when I've been in Utah. The owner was very nice and caring. -

I paid $60 and waited over 2 hours to get a wash and detailing I could've done in an hour at home for free. The dog hair I specifically asked them to focus on vacuuming up was still there, there's still dirt and crumbs all over the inside of my car - I know they can't get everything, but a majority of my car just looks untouched. Interior windows weren't cleaned at all! You can clearly see places where they just ignored the dust. They were either super lazy, or this wash is severely understaffed and they had to rush - neither are good for buisness, and especially not good if you want a clean car.
UPDATE: Once again, this car wash has failed me. They claimed to have vacuumed my back seat but it is covered in just as much dog hair as it was before. Do not come here if you hope to get your car cleaned - you're just gonna pay to have to redo the whole thing again. -

My husband is obsessed with coming here. I swear it's like Disneyland for him.
You drive up to this little kiosk they give you your options and your on your way to awesomeness.
The prices are good, and even with a line (usually on the weekends) they are still fast.
When we have the kids, we always go inside for froyo while we wait for detailing. Can't get better then that. -

FF car wash and team have really stepped up their game. Either they have new management or hired serious people to get the job done.
Haven't had the full-on detail in a while but do get the $22 wash which includes wiping and cleaning the interior, vacuuming the inside, tire shine, and windows inside and out. And a 4 day re-wash included if it rains or gets dirty again before the 4 days are up.
They have more expensive washes that go up to $32 and detailing that ranges from $105-$240 depending on the size of the vehicle.
